2025-2029 researcher on the APVV project "The Gold Generation: Challenges and Opportunities for Realizing Its Full Potential in the Context of the Labor Market." The project focuses on basic research into the potential and risks of the gold generation in the context of the labor market and public policy-making as a basis for building a sustainable society. In order to achieve the main objective and sub-objectives, several interdisciplinary scientific methods from the fields of economics, management, statistics, mathematics, and methodology will be used. The mixed research will focus on the barriers and potential of the gold generation in the labor market from the perspective of the group itself as well as from the perspective of employers. Using a systematic approach, we will summarize the knowledge gained and then examine it in the context of the gold generation in the national economy. The project will result in a scientific analysis of the readiness of selected public policies – in the area of the labor market and aging – and the formulation of recommendations for expected changes with regard to the gold generation.

2025-2026 Principal investigator for the KSRaP project V4: Housing market & sustainability issues linked to dominance of housing assets in retirement portfolios. The aim of the project is to critically address issues related to population aging, including rising poverty rates, declining housing quality, housing supply shortages, environmental inefficiency, and energy inefficiency in housing. It also addresses growing inequality in housing affordability. While the younger generation, people at the beginning of their careers, and young families have difficulty entering the housing market, older people often remain in large, energy-inefficient properties that are often unaffordable, further exacerbating problems with housing affordability and quality. The aim of the project's multidisciplinary teams is to jointly provide a comparative analysis of the current situation in the housing market in the V4 countries and to propose alternative policy approaches from a tax perspective and through the offer of new financial products.

2022-present National coutry team operator and researcher of SHARE: SHARE ERIC - Survey of Health, Ageing and Retirement in Europe. The social and socio-economic impacts of population ageing are among the greatest challenges facing Europe in the 21st century, which is why in 2000 the European Commission called for "exploring the possibilities of establishing a European longitudinal survey on ageing". In 2006, the SHARE project was selected as one of the projects to be implemented within the European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures (ESFRI), and in March 2011 it was granted a new legal status as the first ever European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC). SHARE - Survey of Health, Ageing and Retirement in Europe is a research infrastructure for studying the effects of health, social, economic and environmental policies on the lives of European citizens. It has a global reach, as it not only covers all EU Member States in a strictly harmonized manner, but is also integrated into a network of sister studies around the world, from America to East Asia.

Science, research and sport of the Slovak Republic and the Slovak Academy of Sciences No. 1/0226/23 "Socio-economic challenges and opportunities related to ageing policies for sustainable economic growth and innovation". The main objective of the project is to identify innovative socio-economic challenges and opportunities related to ageing and to propose a framework of systemic measures to ensure economic growth and innovation by exploiting the potential of the growing group of the silver generation in the Slovak Republic.

Science, research and sport of the Slovak Republic and the Slovak Academy of Sciences No 1/0851/21 Social economy as a modern tool for building an inclusive society in the context of global changes and the challenges of the UN 2030 Agenda for sustainable development. The aim of the project is to bring new knowledge in the science of the social economy and to provide systematized objective knowledge and innovative procedures for the purpose of improving the support environment for the subjects of the social economy.
