Knowledge:
- A comprehensive view of the selection process as a whole. Life cycle of HR employee selection, preparation for personal interviews. Defining exactly how to behave and what to do, what not to do what to avoid in a personal interview. How to write a proper resume and succeed in an interview. The main goal of this course is to show students and prepare them for real life after school and how to find the right job that they will enjoy, find fulfilling and be successful in. Improving knowledge of Well-being in companies and also highlighting gender equality and gender balance in the workplace.
Competence:
- To effectively use essential information about HR in the future firm, its basic features, objectives, forms and forms in practice,
- critically evaluate the selection process in other institutions and reflect on how it can be done better
- characterise the nature and evaluate the use of HR processes with implications for how it can be done more effectively
- propose solutions and bring new ideas on how and what to improve in the selection of employees in general in companies
Skill:
- Analyse the stages of the whole process from the very beginning to the end in a given company
- perform basic human resources analysis
- analyse the balance between men and women in general in companies - non-discrimination
- analyse mental wellbeing in the company, how employees feel in the company in terms of mental health

Requirements to complete the course

30 % active participation in class and participation in assignments, 70 % written final seminar paper and group presentation

104 h (participation in seminars 26 h, preparation for mid-term evaluation and case studies 39 h, preparation of the final thesis 39 h)
