Teacher mobility. An invited lecture (5h) on packaging and packaging materials for food products was held for postgraduate students on "Good Manufacturing Practice and Audit in the Food Industry" and a lecture (3h) for doctoral students on ecological and economic aspects of product packaging and innovations related to packaging. Contact: vice dean Katarzyna Kosek-Paszkowska, Ph.D., DVM, member of the Department of Food Hygiene and Consumer Health Protection. The possibilities of scientific and research cooperation between both departments were discussed. The result of the cooperation should be joint publications in reputable journals on the topic of quality management, quality management in the food industry, and quality and safety of food and packaging.

Scientific research internship. As part of the research internship, a meeting was held with the Head of the Department of Labor, Capital, and Innovation (The Faculty of Business and Management) Assoc. Prof. Anna Cierniak-Emerych, Ph.D., D.SC. who represented the project's foreign partner. The main stages of the project VEGA project no. 1/0398/22 (project manager: doc. Dr. Ing. Malgorzata A. Jarossová) were discussed. The scope of cooperation between both departments was agreed upon. Tasks were divided and a preliminary version of the questionnaire was developed, which will be used in the research carried out in Poland and Slovakia. Cooperation will result in joint publications in renowned journals registered in the WOS or SCOPUS databases.
