Horizon 2020 grant: FINancial supervision with TECHnological compliance ICT-35-2018-CSA, principal institutional coordinator The FIN-TECH project, under the EU’s Horizon2020 funding scheme, aims to create a European training programme, aimed at providing shared risk management solutions that automatize compliance of Fintech companies (RegTech) and, at the same time, increases the efficiency of supervisory activities (SupTech). In other words, we aim at connecting FINancial supervision with TECHnological compliance, from which the acronym of the project: FIN-TECH.

Grant VEGA 1/0827/18 2018 – 2021: Experimental investigation of factors influencing group decision-making, principal decision making, The main objective of this project is to explore the practical issues of selecting members and the functioning of the groups responsible for managing different entities. Specifically, we want to improve the analysis of group decision making with the help of controlled economic laboratory experiments. Does having teams of decision makers whose wealth is not affected by the decision outcome (i.e. independent boards) result in better decision making?

Horizon Europe: Federated decentralized trusted dAta Marketplace for Embedded finance (FAME) - principal institutional coordinator, improve the digital technologies, solutions and interoperable frameworks for data markets and data economy (e.g. industrial, administrative and societal/cultural data platforms/data spaces), allowing for data assets to be discoverable, efficiently and fairly priced and shared/traded in a secured, user-friendly, compliant and energy-efficient way; promote the development of a European industrial ecosystem of the data economy capable of ensuring digital autonomy; develop training material to endow workers in this occupational group with the right skillset in order to deploy the new technologies
