The club will be oriented to SPP, Inc. Students will be assigned a paper at the beginning of the semester, which they will complete in coordination with a representative from SPP. They will learn about the company's vision, mission, corporate culture, and other soft values in the operation of the company. They will learn about the nature of the market (B2B, B2C), the industry, and CAP's competition as a supply-side quasi-monopoly. Company representatives will focus on the essence and specifics of marketing in the activities of such a business entity, specifically on the essence of the company's business models, product and product portfolio, marketing management tools, competitive environment, financing, outsourcing of selected activities and the use of external services. An important part of the club will be the area of company customer care and customer service centres.
