The project, based on theory, own research to date, consultations with technically oriented scientists and companies, will identify decisive technological changes that will affect economic growth and structural changes in the economy in the next decades, as well as the ability of companies to survive during the 6th K-wave. To this purpose the project will develop the relevant model apparatus. At the same time, it will verify the ability of firms, especially in the SME sector, to adapt to new technological challenges and also assess how e-government penetration can contribute to increasing the efficiency of public administration, increasing trust, transparency and cooperation between the public and private sectors.

"Learn Economics: application of e-learning as a new form of economics education" (2020-2022), a deputy project leader


The project focuses on establishing the multimedia and interactive content for courses Principles of Microeconomics and Principles of Macroeconomics. The project will be based on the latest knowledge and global trends in teaching Economics trough e-learning, the modern teaching techniques and IT technologies.The main outcome of the project will be a creation of interactive multimedia platform generating an online support for teaching economics and populatization of economics.

The project focuses on the analysis of the sustainability of public debt and household indebtedness. The main area of interest of the project is a theoretical view of public debt and the possibilities of its financing, analysis of household indebtedness, a view of the current state of financial consumer protection and the possibility of preventing the inability to repay household liabilities.

The project focused on a global financial crisis and and post-crisis developments in the EU and the Eurozone, with an emphasis on competitiveness, convergence and stability. The project formulated economic policy the recommendations for economic policy and for specific practical application in the conditions of the EU, Eurozone and Slovakia. The research findings were published in the current content journals, scientific journals registrated in Scopus and conference proceedings.
