Comprehensive analysis of the use of water transport for other sectors of the economy - Member of research team (client: Ministry of Transportation and Construction of the Slovak Republic, 2019 - 2020). The study dealt with the assessment of the possibilities of using waterways in Slovakia and the identification of the links of various sectors to water transport. The study identified strengths and weaknesses in the further development of the water transport utilization with regards to reduction of the environmental pollution.
Economic Research Informing Tobacco Taxation Policy in Slovakia (2023 - present). The project is focused on improving tobacco taxation in Slovakia in cooperation with the University of Illinois Chicago (in 2023) and John Hopkins University (from 2024). I am the principal investigator in the research team.
Technological Change and Specific Demand for Work in Slovakia - Member of research team (VEGA 1/0567/25). The project focused on examining the relationship between the new labour-market phenomena of digitization and automation and their effects on the labour market and productivity.
