Knowledge
Students will acquire knowledge of individual thematic circuits regarding skills important in international practice in the event of successful management of the subject.
Skills
After successful completion of the subject, students should be able to apply soft skills in performing tasks and solving problems arising from international trade management, especially the ability to communicate, critically evaluate possible solutions to work tasks and problems, to solve conflicts arising in the workplace, effectively receive and provide feedback, also work in remote teams, etc.
Competences
Students will acquire the competence of understanding, how to use the acquired knowledge and soft skills in working situations and personal development and should be prepared to take responsibility for their decisions.

Indicative content

The subject focuses on the development of the skills needed to work in the labor market. It aims to provide students with a set of effective communication tools. The main topics include: critical thinking and decision-making, conflict resolution, time management, remote team management, verbal and nonverbal communication, feedback, Design Thinking.
