Teaching results
Students will learn about the current requirements of the labour market. They will gain theoretical as well as practical experience in job interviewing. They will gain a better understanding of the employer's selection process. They will be able to apply the acquired knowledge and skills in a job interview. Knowledge • To analyse and professionally elaborate theoretical and practical issues of local labour market functioning • To identify job opportunity requirements • To acquire theoretical and practical knowledge in the areas of recruitment and selection process, preparation of employees for the selection process Skills and competences • To acquire skills and competences for the needs of the employee selection process, for the needs of self-presentation and to increase competitiveness on the labour market.

Phases of job interviews, common mistakes in job interviews and practical experience 5. Self-presentation techniques 6. Social networks in the job search process 7. Verbal and non-verbal communication in job interviews 8. Preparing materials for a job interview 9. Email etiquette and the job interview 10. Phone screening interview and CV 11. Cover letter 12. Analysis of own skills, assessment of position on the labour market 13. Presentation of suitable positions of selected employers
