Knowledge:
• Comprehensive knowledge and skills in the field of enterprise information systems for small and medium-sized enterprises, knowledge of individual IS modules and their interconnections, knowledge of business processes and their coverage by the information system, skills in the control of work in the enterprise information system. The above knowledge and skills are a prerequisite for the efficient operation of the company, as well as for the preparation of documents for managerial decision-making and qualified solution of business problems.
Competence:
• To orientate oneself in the issues of information systems for small and medium-sized enterprises, to gain an overview of the types, suppliers, prices and delivery methods of information systems,
• understand the modular structure of information systems, the importance of individual modules and their interconnection,
• to competently design information system requirements, information system selection criteria for targeted and effective information provision both for the operation of the enterprise and for decision-making needs at individual management levels,
• to know how to work practically in a specific enterprise information system, to know the method and format of data entry, import and export of data,
• be familiar with new trends in the processing of company documents (e.g. the use of artificial intelligence in automated document processing).
Skills:
• Install and implement an enterprise information system for a specific company,
• implement initial settings, administer users (set access rights),
• know how to work in the individual modules of the information system and know how the modules are interconnected,
• generate print reports and reports for state authorities and institutions,
• perform data control, backup and archiving of the database, as well as recovery from the archive,
• prepare and edit documents for automated processing.

Thematic definition of exercises: 1. 1. Classification of business economic software. Enterprise economic software modules. Selection of appropriate economic software. KROS enterprise economic software. 2. Alfa+ - enterprise economic software designed to manage the complete economic agenda for companies accounting in the simple accounting system. Modules of Alfa+. Installation and control of the program, control of forms. Program settings and dials. Users, access rights. Simple accounting module (cash journal - tracking income, expenses). 3. Alpha+ modules: - Simple accounting - fixed assets, current assets, travel and travel orders. - Trade and Purchasing - invoices, advance invoices, delivery notes, dispatched orders. - Warehouse - receipts with expenses, inventory. 4. Alpha+ modules: - Printing and reports (printing standard reports, creating and printing editable reports), overview of income and expenses, accounts receivable and payable, balance sheet, financial status of the company. - Control (data protection), archiving (database backup and restoration from archive), service. 5. OMEGA - software for comprehensive monitoring of the financial and economic situation of a company accounting in the double-entry bookkeeping system. Installation of the program. OMEGA modules. Control of the program, control of forms. Users, access rights. Settings for accounting. Double-entry bookkeeping module - registration of accounting documents. 6. OMEGA - module Double-entry bookkeeping: - VAT, - current assets, - Fixed assets (settings for fixed assets, accounting depreciation, tax depreciation, printing of reports, closing of fixed assets), - journeys (registration of domestic and foreign journeys, closure of journeys register), - travel orders. 7.
