Knowledge:
• acquiring theoretical knowledge about the history, culture, politics, economy, demography, social and legal system of Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• acquiring fundamental knowledge about the political and economic system, and knowledge about the basic context of the formation of modern societies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland from the perspective of historical and cultural development
Competencies:
• acquiring foreign language communication competence in professional (political and economic) language
• learning openness and tolerance and breaking down prejudices against foreign countries and cultures and languages
Skills:
• expanding and using of common communication vocabulary with terminology in areas such as politics, economics, demographics, social and legal systems, as well as culture
• ability to communicate in an international environment at a highly professional level
• acquiring skills in analysis and synthesis of the content of historical and contemporary texts
