The course is aimed at gaining the ability to apply the knowledge gained at the following courses: Auditing, Accounting for ownership transactions, Accounting and taxes.
By completing the course, students acquire:
a) Knowledge - improve the ability to apply auditing, accounting and tax knowledge.
b) Skills – manage to use an auditing, accounting and tax analytical tools.
c) Competence – ability to present auditing, accounting and tax information.
Indicative content
Business simulation in Audit: Audit risks and how to respond to them. The use of data and analytical tools in audit. Effective setup of the client's internal controls and audit procedures. Business simulation.
Business simulation in Taxes: Case studies in the field of defending the client's interests within the tax audit. Simulated tax audit and workshop. Business simulation. Transaction consulting. Getting acquainted with the M&A transaction process. Demonstration of the work of a transaction advisor. Case study in the team - company award.
Business simulation at Risk management: An effective risk management. Managerial risk management from the point of view of an applicant, a managing authority and a controller on the risk management of the projects financed by European Union.
