In particular, students acquire the following abilities:
- basic knowledge of conflict decision-making situations, types of conflicts, decision-making and the possibility of taking an equilibrium strategy in conflict decision-making situations in the case of antagonistic and non-antagonistic conflicts
Students acquire in particular the following skills:
- skills to analyze and solve conflicting decision-making situations
Students will acquire the following competencies:
- practical skills and competencies with the application of optimization methods in the field of conflict decision-making situations, their analysis and solving using appropriate software (Python language)

Indicative content

1, Decision theory, utility theory and related paradoxes

3, Basic concepts of conflict situation modeling, two player games, game definition, game classification, problems of equilibrium decision making in games
4, Bimatrix games, equilibrium solution of the game, solution of the game in pure strategies, solution of the game in mixed strategies (special types of games).
5, Bimatrix games, solving the game in mixed strategies (special types of games), Kuhn-Tucker's optimality conditions, solving the game in mixed strategies, cooperative solving
6, Matrix games, equilibrium strategies of players, their existence and properties, solving games in pure strategies, solving games in mixed strategies (special types of games)
