Spoluriešiteľ, 2019 - 2022 / Macroeconomic and microeconomic aspects of indebtedness of countries and economic subjects in the European Union. Researcher, Anotácia: projekt sa zameriava na analýzu udržateľnosti verejného dlhu a zadlženosti domácností. Hlavnou oblasťou záujmu projektu je teoretický pohľad na verejný dlh a možnosti jeho financovania, analýza zadlženosti domácností, pohľad na súčasný stav ochrany finančného spotrebiteľa a možnosti predchádzaniu neschopnosti splácania záväzkov. / The research project focuses on the analysis of public debt and household indebtedness sustainability. The main area of interest is theoretical view on public debt and possibilities of its financing, analysis of households’ indebtedness, assessment of current state of financial consumer protection and ways to prevent inability of paying off households’ liabilities. Spoluriešiteľ, 2015 - 2018, / Macroeconomic and microeconomic manifestations and consequences of inflation and deflation. Researcher. Anotácia: projekt sa zameriaval na analýzu makroekonomických a mikroekonomických prejavov a dôsledkov inflácie a deflácie. Dôraz kládol na kritické posúdenie situácie, či už sa jednalo o pozitívne, alebo negatívne javy spojené s infláciou a defláciou. Hlavné okruhy problémov boli analýza a vyhodnotenie súčasného stavu a zhodnotenie hospodársko-politických dôsledkov inflačných, resp. deflačných tlakov a ich, implikácie pre ekonomickú teóriu a hospodársku prax. / the project focused on the analysis of macroeconomic and microeconomic manifestations and the consequences of inflation and deflation. The emphasis was on a critical assessment of the situation, whether it was a positive or negative phenomenon associated with inflation and deflation. The main areas of concern were the analysis and evaluation of the current situation and the evaluation of the economic and political consequences of inflation, resp. deflationary pressures and their implications for economic theory and economic practice. "projekt KEGA 035EU-4/2020 ""Learn Economics: aplikácia e-vzdelávania ako novej formy výučby ekonómie"" Spoluriešiteľ (2020-2022), / project KEGA 035EU-4/2020 ""Learn Economics: application of e-learning as a new form of economics education "", Researcher. Anotácia: Projekt je zameraný na vytvorenie multimediálneho a interaktívneho obsahu pre predmety Základy mikroekonómie a Základy makroekonómie. Obsahové zameranie projektu je založené na najnovších poznatkoch a svetových trendoch vo výučbe vrátanie využitia moderných výučbových techník a technológii. Výsledkom projektu bude interaktívna multimediálna platforma vytvárajúca online podporu pri výučbe ekonómie a popularizácia ekonómie. Anotation: The project focuses on establishing the multimedia and interactive content for courses Principles of Microeconomics and Principles of Macroeconomics. The project will be based on the latest knowledge and global trends in teaching Economics trough e-learning, the modern teaching techniques and IT technologies.The main outcome of the project will be a creation of interactive multimedia platform generating an online support for teaching economics and populatization of economics." projekt VEGA 1/0393/16 „Európska únia v pokrízovom období – makroekonomické a mikroekonomické aspekty“. Spoluriešiteľ (2016-2019). - VEGA no. 1/0393/16 "The European Union in the post-crisis period - macroeconomic and microeconomic aspects", Researcher. (2016-2019). Anotácia: Hlavným cieľom projektu je prehĺbenie poznatkov o krízovom a pokrízovom vývoji v Európskej únii s dôrazom na jej sfunkčnenie, dynamiku a konkurencieschopnosť. Predmetom výskumu bude aj skúmanie makroekonomických súvislostí nového teoretického konceptu – sekulárnej stagnácie. Teoretické prístupy a poznatky budú konfrontované s hospodársko-politickou realitou Kriticky sa zhodnotia opatrenia a mechanizmy prijaté a aplikované v európskom priestore. Významné bude aj skúmanie konkurencieschopnosti, konvergencie, vonkajších ekonomických vzťahov, dlhovej pozície krajín a indikátorov reálnej ekonomiky a to v predkrízovom a pokrízovom období. Nemenej podstatné bude posúdenie, či členstvo v menovej únii akceleruje konvergenciu medzi krajinami alebo sa prejavujú divergenčné tendencie / Anotation: The main goal of the project is to deepen knowledge about crisis and post-crisis development in the European Union with emphasis on its functioning, dynamism and competitiveness. The subject of the research will also be the study of the macroeconomic context of the new theoretical concept - secular stagnation. Theoretical approaches and knowledge will be confronted with the economic-political reality. The measures and mechanisms adopted and applied in the European area will be critically evaluated. It will also be important to examine competitiveness, convergence, external economic relations, the debt position of countries and indicators of the real economy in the pre-crisis and post-crisis period. Equally important will be the assessment of whether membership of the monetary union accelerates convergence between countries or shows divergent tendencies.
